Our aim is to provide an environment for people of all abilities to have access to sport and the benefits that a Triathlon training programme offer.
Our training sessions are open to people of all abilities – for swimming though we do expect you to be able to swim front crawl with your head underwater.

Thursday | 6.30pm – .730pm | Intervals | University of Stirling Campus | Suitable for all abilities |
Friday | 7pm – 8pm | Swim | Loch Venachar | Open water swimming |
Saturday | 7am – 8am | Swim | The Peak, Stirling | 25m lane swimming |
Sunday | 7am – 8am | Swim | University of Stirling Sports Centre | 50m lane swimming (uncoached) |
Sunday | 10.45am – 12.15pm | Swim | University of Stirling Sports Centre | 25m lane swimming |
We also have further training sessions throughout the year – ie coached track sessions, mountain bike sessions – and these will be announced in our members facebook group.
