Stirling Triathlon Club is a friendly and inspiring multisport club in central Scotland and offers coached training sessions for people of all abilities from eager beginners to professional athletes.
The Club is run by a committee under the governance of Triathlon Scotland with whom we are affiliated.
The coaching programme is delivered weekly by volunteer & paid coaches who are all qualified, registered with Triathlon Scotland and disclosure checked to work with children. The wider coaching team includes session leaders and other volunteers. This committed team all work to help you achieve your triathlon goals.

What types of activities do you offer?
Our club covers the 3 disciplines of swimming, cycling, and running. We cater to all fitness levels and goals, whether you wish to take part in 1, 2 or 3 of the activities. Our members compete in triathlons, as well as duathlon, aquathlons and single sport events.
Is there an age requirement to join the club?
Adults of all ages are welcome to join the club – our adult members range from 18 to those in their seventies.
what equipment do I need?
For swimming you require a float board, pull buoy, fins and hand paddles.
For cycling you need a road bike, mountain bike or gravel bike (depending on the activity) in good safe working order.
For running, a pair of road shoes and/or trail shoes is required and you must dress sensibly for the weather conditions.
