Stirling Triathlon Club training sessions are (normally!) held daily and these vary depending on the seasons. As well as having training sessions for each of the disciplines within triathlon there are different groups for the level of intensity people want to train at. This means that there are sessions for all members no matter what their fitness levels are or what goals they want to achieve. As well as arranging training sessions the club also puts great emphasis on members having fun and enjoyment whilst being a member. The club also organises several events during the year. The club is proud that these are very popular and well attended events which is down to the hard work that goes on at Stirling Triathlon Club by both the committee and the membership.
