Stirling Triathlon Club offers a variety of training sessions that are delivered weekly by coaches, helpers and group leaders. These sessions are aimed at people of all abilities and experience.
The table below details the current sessions that are available, but is by no means a finite list. Many members meet regularly to train together on an informal basis, as well as take part in the club’s coached and led sessions.
Throughout the year ad hoc events take place for members to join in with. Watch out on the web site and through social media links to find out what is going on at your club.
If you are not already a member of the club, but would like to see what we are all about, then we would love to see you at any of our sessions. We have Free Introductory Taster Sessions where you can come along and try a session with us free of charge before you decide if you want to join us as a member. All we ask is that you drop us an email beforehand to email@example.com, with details of your name and the session that you’d like to try out.

|21:00 (1 hour) 1st Wed of the Month||Swim Training Introduction.||Stirling University (Shallow End)||For those new to swim training please attend on the first Wednesday of the month ready to swim at 9pm. Attendance at this will allow us to gauge your speed and technique and ensure that you slot in to the appropriate lane at the regular swim sessions. This is aimed at those who are not yet comfortable swimming 50m front crawl but aspire to do so and then join the regular sessions.
